Fans got to witness the couple on the red carpet together for the 2018 premieres of The Mule and The 15:17 to Paris, despite the fact that they kept their relationship very covert for almost ten years.
The pair made their public debut together at the 2015 Academy Awards, where six nominations were given to Eastwood’s widely acclaimed adaptation of former US Navy SEAL Chris Kyle’s autobiography, American Sniper.
However, Us Weekly originally revealed that Eastwood and Sandera were romantically linked back in June 2014. At the time, it was reported that Sandera worked for Eastwood at the Mission Ranch restaurant and hotel in Carmel, California.
After a 17-year marriage, the legendary actor and his second wife, Dina Eastwood, concluded their divorce in less than six months.
From 1953 until 1984, Eastwood was wed to Maggie Johnson, his first wife.
A Warner Bros. spokesman told The Hollywood Reporter that “no further information will be forthcoming” regarding Sandera’s passing.
Now that he is 94 years old, Eastwood is supposedly working hard on what could be his last movie ever.
With a general consensus that Juror No. 2 will be the final professional project of Clint Eastwood’s illustrious career, fans can’t wait for him to finally put his career on hold and retire.
